The V1 policy applies only to an initial Premium subscription purchased directly on the Web through Stripe. Consumers have 14 days from conclusion of that contract to exercise the right, without giving a reason.
Premium may start immediately after the express request made before payment. This immediate start does not constitute an automatic waiver of the withdrawal right.
After verifying a valid request received within 14 days, BlitzForge cancels the Web subscription to prevent any future renewal and refunds the first Web Stripe payment in full.
The V1 policy makes no proportional deduction for use of the service. The same payment method is used where possible, and the refund is handled without undue delay within the applicable legal period.
Withdrawal reverses the initial contract within the 14-day period and leads to the applicable refund after validation. Cancellation stops future renewals without retroactively reversing the contract. Account deletion concerns account data and access.
These are three separate actions. The form above is only for Web Stripe withdrawal.
A purchase contracted with Apple is not covered by this form. Refund or withdrawal requests relating to the App Store must follow Apple’s process.
The service assigns an opaque reference and submission time, then sends an acknowledgement receipt to the email address provided. Keep that reference for contact with support.
The team then identifies the Stripe contract from the supplied information and verifies the initial subscription date. Never submit a password, payment card number, token or identity document through this form.
