Cancel a Premium subscription purchased on the Web through Stripe or from Apple without deleting your BlitzForge account.
Subscription cancellation, withdrawal from the initial Web Stripe contract and account deletion are three separate operations.

Sign in to the BlitzForge account used for the purchase, open Premium, then choose “Manage Stripe subscription”. BlitzForge creates a secure session to the Stripe Customer Portal.
In the Stripe portal, choose the BlitzForge subscription and the cancellation option. Stripe shows the access end date and renewal status before confirmation.
If you can no longer sign in or open the portal, email support@blitzforge.io from the account address and include the purchase channel and approximate date, without sending a card number.
A subscription purchased from Apple is managed by Apple. In BlitzForge on iOS, open Premium then “Manage App Store subscription” when that button is available.
You can also open Settings on your Apple device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select BlitzForge and choose the cancellation option provided by Apple.
BlitzForge cannot cancel an App Store contract on Apple’s behalf.
Cancellation stops renewal under the terms and on the date shown by the purchase channel. It does not delete the BlitzForge account, profile or game history.
Cancellation alone does not trigger an automatic refund. For an initial Web Stripe subscription no more than 14 days old, separately use the “Withdraw from the contract here” page to exercise the withdrawal right.
To delete your data and account, separately open Settings, Account, then Delete my account. An Apple subscription must still be canceled with Apple.
