Start deletion from BlitzForge settings and learn what happens to your data, subscription and any active restriction.
This page explains the deletion process and its effects. Deletion remains available even when a moderation measure is active.

The in-app deletion flow is the normal route. If you can no longer sign in or access Settings, contact the privacy or support team by email.
Deleting an account does not lift an active suspension or ban. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment card numbers or other secrets.
Sign in to BlitzForge, open Settings, then Account and Delete my account. A second confirmation is required before choosing Delete permanently.
You are signed out immediately. Data deletion then continues automatically, and the registered or guest account can no longer be used once the request has started.
Some previously played games may be kept to preserve other players’ history and results. The deleted account’s username, picture and country are no longer shown: its identity becomes “Deleted user”.
Web / Stripe: if a Premium subscription purchased directly on the web is still active, BlitzForge cancels it immediately during deletion. It will not renew, and no further Stripe charge should occur for that subscription.
Deleting the account does not trigger an automatic refund. Contact support with any refund question.
App Store: a subscription purchased from Apple remains managed by Apple and is not automatically canceled when the BlitzForge account is deleted. Manage it separately in your Apple account subscription settings.
Some information may be kept in a minimal or anonymized form where needed for the integrity of played games, accounting obligations, fraud prevention or security.
This information is kept only for as long as needed for the reason that justifies keeping it.
You can request account deletion even while the account is suspended or permanently restricted. Deletion and moderation remain separate processes.
A suspension continues until its end date or until it is lifted. A permanent restriction continues until it is lifted. Deleting and recreating an account with the same address therefore cannot bypass these measures.
For this purpose, BlitzForge keeps only a protected security reference that does not contain your email address in readable form. Warnings, chat mutes, social restrictions and profile locks are not carried over to a future account created with the same address.
When a measure is lifted, the related reference is updated or removed. You can request a review through support from the Moderation and safety page.
