Premium data may include subscriptions, purchases, provider IDs, statuses, dates and webhook events. Premium rights must stay aligned with the real provider state.
Cancellation or restore terms depend on the purchase channel actually used: web, Apple App Store, Google Play or another enabled provider. Exact instructions must be validated before publication.
Refund rules must be validated with providers and the commercial policy. Do not promise automatic refunds without a validated policy.
For a billing request, contact support with the account email, provider if known, approximate date and transaction identifier if available. Never send card numbers.
